Courts Service
Complaint against Courts Service can be made to the CEO of the Courts Service, Ms A. Denning., requesting a satisfactory reply within 30 days or the complaint will be escalated to the Office of the Ombudsman.

Complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman shall be filled within 12 months.

Complaint against judges can be made to the Judicial Council website within 3 months.

Alternately, motion for the removal of judges pursuant to Article 35.4 of the Constitution by requesting can be made by proposition to the Dáil, pursuant to Standing Order No. 77 of 2020.
