31st December 2019, our first meeting took place at 2pm in the Finnstown Castle Hotel, Lucan, Co. Dublin, Ireland.

Adoption of Open Justice Ireland as the formal name of the Group

Formal request to the Chief Justice to inquire about the existence of State Care Taker amongst the members of the Judiciary and their removal from Office.

Shared Experience of Unrepresented Litigants
as Courts' users

The members of Open Justice Ireland are mostly unrepresented litigants who are willing to share their experience of the Courts, especially with due regard to the observation of the conduct of judges and of the Judicial process at large.
In addition, our members are also willing to share template to make complaint against the courts services, against sitting members of the judiciary (judges) and against standing members of the Judiciary (Solicitors and Barristers).
Finally, our members are also willing to share templates, pleadings, submissions, legal precedent and the results they obtained with same. All of the above is not to be construed as legal advice, but as educational tools.
